A completely new system of wall to wall foam floor allows easier and safer movement in the Yoga practice. We will offer a complete Yoga schedule with many classes to choose for every age, fitness level and special interest. From Prenatal classes to Children and Teen Yoga, Men’s Only, Dynamic Flow and Therapeutic Gentle Yoga, meditation and chant circles and well as a new combination of acrobatics, dance and Yoga. We are proud to be the first to introduce AcroYoga and Aerial Dance on the Island. |
